Steering the Design Office

Steer and manage the execution of studies according to project specifications Develop cost prices in connection with the sales department Provide technical support to production teams Manage projects in connection with clients and participate in the development of specifications Supervise, animate, and challenge the design office in a logic of performance and continuous improvement

Technical, operational, and purchasing coordination

Ensure transverse coordination between technical, operational, and sales teams Steer the procurement of raw materials Organize destructive and non-destructive testing Manage control files carried out by external organizations Challenge existing practices and optimize internal processes Represent the company during client meetings / trade fairs

Quality System & Continuous Improvement

Be the guarantor of the Design Office documentation Identify and report any non-conformity and steer its resolutions Participate in the implementation of corrective and preventive actions Participate in management reviews and weekly production meetings Contribute to the evolution of practices in connection with ISO 9001 standards and in the future ISO 14001 and 45 001 Ensure quality monitoring and the global coordination of studies

Management & Performance Steering

Ensure the steering and supervision of the Design Office while guaranteeing performance, quality, and compliance with strategic orientations Unite teams around the company's objectives and instill a positive dynamic Develop a culture of continuous improvement Develop, monitor, and analyze performance indicators (KPI, dashboards) Ensure regular reporting to management on project progress Maintain close relationships with general management and all other functions.

Strategic vision & development

Ensure competitive and technical intelligence Be a source of proposals in the evolution of methods, tools, and organizations Provide a transverse vision between the operational and the sales part Challenge orientations and actively contribute to the global strategy Participate in client meetings

-Confirmed experience in technical direction and/or management of a design office -Excellent mastery of industrial environments in the field of mechanosoldering and technical projects -Knowledge of the functioning of a design office and GPAO tools -Assertive leadership, ability to unite, challenge, and evolve teams -Solid skills in performance steering and data analysis -Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards -Professional English required -Structured mindset, ability to anticipate and make decisions -Dynamism, commitment, open-mindedness, and a sense of teamwork
