Your tasks

To expand our services in the Cologne region, we are looking for reinforcement as an HR Consultant / HR Generalist (m/w/d). Do you want to contribute your HR know-how to varied customer projects, take on responsibility, and grow together with us? Then we look forward to meeting you!

At joka, a versatile field of activity awaits you with direct customer contact, various HR topics, and the opportunity to take on responsibility. Together with our team, you will work on practical solutions for our customers, further develop your professional skills, and actively help shape the future of our services.

• HR Consulting and Customer Support: You advise and support our customers on Germany-wide and international HR projects – particularly in operational and generalist personnel work.
• Diverse HR Topics: Your area of responsibility includes various human resources management topics – from Recruiting and Onboarding to Compensation, Personnel Development, and Employee Retention, as well as Organizational Design, Offboarding, and the optimization of HR processes.
• Support in Everyday HR: You support our customers' employees with personnel-relevant questions and develop suitable solutions together with them.
• Participation in Demanding Projects: Together with the HR Management team, you participate in complex endeavors, for example, in Restructuring, Mergers & Acquisitions, cooperation with works councils, and in generalist HR Management.

Requirements

• A completed degree with a focus on human resources management or a comparable qualification.
• Initial or several years of professional experience in operational personnel work. Experience in an international environment is an advantage.
• A high standard of quality and service, as well as a professional manner with internal and external customers.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as a confident and convincing appearance.
• Willingness to undertake Germany-wide business trips, including multi-day stays. Scope and duration depend on the respective project and may also include repeated longer assignments.
• Very good English skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of ERP and HR systems is an advantage.
