Bar Attendant (internship)

We are not necessarily looking for someone with years of experience, but a person who loves hospitality, has enthusiasm, and a desire to grow together with us.

Role and team We are looking for a Bar Attendant who will join our team with a 6-month Internship contract. The work takes place from Monday to Friday, on 8-hour shifts (tending to be from 12:00 to 21:00, with 1h break)

Below are some examples of your main activities: Preparation of coffee and bar service;

Preparation of aperitifs and cocktails;

Welcoming customers, coworkers, and guests.

Support during events and networking moments;

Care of the counter, the spaces, and the experience of the people living in Open;

Collaboration with the team to make the bistrot a lively and welcoming place.

What you will need to succeed in the role Desire to learn and get involved;

Sunny attitude and people orientation;

Attention, care for details, and team spirit;

Proactivity;

Flexibility;

Good knowledge of English;

Experience in the sector is a plus, but what really matters is attitude.
