Your tasks

The role in brief For the bar located within our offices and coworking spaces, we are looking for a Junior Bar Attendant to join our team.

Every day you will have the opportunity to welcome professionals, students, freelancers, and guests from all over the world, contributing to creating a welcoming and convivial atmosphere. You will be responsible for preparing coffee, drinks, snacks, and quick lunches, as well as ensuring attentive and smiling service to our customers.

Main activities

• Preparation of coffee and bar service;
• Preparation of aperitifs and cocktails;
• Welcoming customers, coworkers, and guests;
• Support during events and networking moments;
• Care of the counter, the spaces, and the experience of the people living Open;
• Collaboration with the team to make the bistro a lively and welcoming place.

Requirements

We are looking for an energetic, positive, and organized person who loves working in contact with the public and who feels comfortable in a young, international, and constantly evolving context.

What you will need to succeed in the role

• Desire to learn and challenge yourself;
• Sunny attitude and people orientation;
• Attention, care for detail, and team spirit;
• Proactivity;
• Flexibility;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Experience in the sector is a plus, but what really matters is attitude.

What we offer

• Fixed-term contract (1 year) or Apprenticeship (3 years);
• Full-time employment contract 40h per week;
• Work from Monday to Friday; from 12:00 to 21:00, with a one-hour break;
• RAL between €19,560 and €23,000;
