Job Description:

  • Manage relationships with clients, agents, and internal team members
  • Conduct indoor sales by introducing our courses to new and existing clients
  • Manage the company's social media accounts, both independently and as part of a team
  • Support marketing events and outreach activities (e.g., seminars, talks, presentations)
  • Handle student registrations and maintain up-to-date client records in the company's system
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company

Job Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Mandarin language to communicate with Mandarin speaking parents/customers
  • Good understanding of Chinese clients' needs and communication style
  • Responsive, responsible, and earnest in carrying out duties
  • Strong team player who can also work independently
  • Willing and able to communicate outside regular working hours when required
  • Available to work on weekends
  • Patient, with a genuine enjoyment of engaging with people
  • Eager to learn and receptive to feedback
  • Plus point: Experience in managing social media platforms such as, but not limited to: XiaoHongShu, WeChat Official Account / Channel, Douyin / TikTok, Instagram, etc.
  • Good-to-have: Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, PowerPoint, and/or photo/video editing tools

Compensation:

  • Working location: Near Bugis and Rochor MRT stations
  • 44 working hours per week with 1.5 days off
  • Weekend work is required; days off are scheduled on weekdays and are fixed (face to face discussion)
  • Monday to Friday: 10.30am to 7.00pm (with lunch break included) / half day: 1.00pm to 6.30pm
  • Sat and Sun: 9.30am – 6.30pm (with lunch break included)
  • Not working on Public holidays
  • Year-end bonus
