Key Responsibilities

• *Comprehensive Assessments:* Conduct thorough clinical evaluations, taking into account medical history, functional status, and individual patient goals.
• *Targeted Care Plans:* Develop and execute evidence-based, tailored treatment programs using manual therapy, active rehabilitation, and appropriate therapeutic modalities (e.g., shockwave, acupuncture, laser).
• *Patient Education:* Empower patients and their families with clear home exercise programs (via digital exercise platforms), injury prevention strategies, and self-management tools.
• *Interdisciplinary Collaboration:* Work seamlessly alongside our chiropractors, massage therapists, and administrative team to coordinate care and ensure the best patient outcomes.
• *Clinical Documentation:* Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant chart notes, treatment plans, and outcome measures (NDI, ODI, QuickDASH, LEFS, etc.) in our EMR system.
• *Progress Tracking:* Continually reassess patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support optimal recovery.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Good standing and valid registration as a Physiotherapist with the *College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO)*.
• Strong skills in manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient communication.
• Experience or strong comfort in handling diverse caseloads (orthopedic, sports injuries, MVA/OCF claims, and chronic pain).
• Ability to educate and guide patients through custom exercise programs, including comfort using clinical home-exercise apps.
• Strong time-management skills with a patient-first, compassionate approach to clinical care.
• Experience with acute care, hospital settings, or pediatric populations is considered an asset.
