As a Senior Requirements Analyst, you will be part of a squad focused on quality, creative processes, and agile development.

Hybrid vacancy for the regions of Brasília/DF, Rio de Janeiro/RJ, and Campinas/SP.

Responsibilities and assignments

In your day-to-day, we expect you to manage the following processes:

• Interpret business requirements to articulate the business needs to be addressed;
• Participate in meetings for interviewing and gathering requirements with clients;
• Analyze and specify for vendor procurement;
• Map and design business processes;
• Validate, verify, and test deliveries;
• Monitor corrective demands during the warranty period;
• Create documentation and perform knowledge transfer to the support team in post-production, using methodologies based on market best practices;
• Specify screen prototypes.

Requirements and qualifications

What will be necessary for our perfect match:

• Higher education in Análise de Sistemas, Engenharia da Computação, Ciência da Computação, Gestão de Tecnologia da Informação, or Sistemas de Informação;
• Experience in agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional methods;
• Previous experience as a Requirements Analyst or Business Analyst in web projects;
• Knowledge in BPM and BPMN;
• Notions of SQL (ANSI standard);
• Intermediate technical English;
• Good communication, with the ability to work in a team, adapt, and act in multidisciplinary and transversal environments.

Desirable

• Knowledge in CMMI-Dev or MPS.BR.
