Sales HVAC / Refrigeration Building (m/f/d) (Sales Engineer)
For our sales team in the field of HVAC/refrigeration technology, we are looking for a sales representative (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date in various cities in Germany such as Essen, Munich, Berlin, Hamburg, and Frankfurt.
Your Tasks
- You will take on a sales position in the field of HVACR (HVAC / refrigeration technology, heat pump solutions) new installation business and implement the sales strategy of Johnson Controls
- You will take on the sales task with a strong focus on growth and result orientation in the field of refrigeration / thermal technology solutions, particularly in the Building segment
- You will successfully acquire new customers and independently take over the management of existing customer contacts
- You will take over the management of planning offices, plant manufacturers, and end customers and always keep an eye on regional market development
- The timely processing of customer inquiries, including planning support and calculation of budget offers
- Conducting contract and price negotiations for complex thermal / refrigeration solutions
- The preparation and implementation of trade fairs and representation at other customer events with corresponding know-how of the Johnson Controls products and brands
Your Qualifications
- You have completed training in a technical field or a completed degree in refrigeration technology / supply technology / process engineering / mechanical engineering
- Ideally, you bring good product and application knowledge in refrigeration, air and climate, and heat pump technology
- Several years of experience and strength in managing planning offices, plant manufacturers, and end customers
- Strategic thinking, independent way of working, goal orientation, assertiveness, and negotiation skills
- Relevant knowledge in handling PC applications, planning, and calculation tools
- Good written and spoken English skills
