What will you do?

• Identify, analyze, and diagnose air systems, experience in chilled water systems at client facilities
• Experience with centrifugal, Screw, and Scroll type equipment
• Preferably with knowledge of the York brand
• Handling of water-cooled and air-cooled refrigeration systems.
• Diagnosis and detection of failure symptoms in advanced control systems including assessments of electronic equipment such as high-capacity variable frequency drives, control systems for Chiller management, and refrigeration equipment.
• Knowledge of centralized chilled water hydraulic systems.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on Johnson Controls brand equipment, including chillers (of the various technologies indicated above)
• Document services by completing forms for each job and managing documentation.
• Represent the company acting as a direct contact with the client
• Responsible for assigned tools and vehicle for the position.
• Availability to work weekends according to the assignments to be executed.
• Lead work teams, organization of schedules, and activities.
• Startup and supervision of Chiller equipment, water-cooled and air-cooled
• Verification of expenses.

How will you do it?

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities on air conditioning systems and devices for different clients, primarily for the comfort of users. Technical support to the work team. Continuous reporting activities.

What are we looking for?

Engineering in mechanics or electrical, completed technical high school, 3 years of real and practical work experience in the HVAC technical service industry. Valid driver's license issued at least two years ago. Basic computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office programs. Availability to travel is indispensable.
