For our North region, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date as a Team Leader (m/f/d) Fire Protection
You will take over the leadership of a well-coordinated, dedicated team that stands for professional fire protection. Your tasks
- Leadership & Coaching: You lead and develop your team in the area of Fire Suppression in the North region and ensure efficient capacity planning
- Project Management: You ensure contract fulfillment, monitor deadlines and billing, and actively drive project and supplementary management forward
- Business Insights: You conduct monthly order meetings, create forecasts, and manage revenue and profit development
- Strategic Responsibility: You support project managers and installation masters, optimize margins, and accompany complex projects
- Customer Focus: You resolve complaints and support legal contract questions
- Budget & Controlling: You participate in budget planning, project controlling, and negotiations with subcontractors
- Qualification & Compliance: You promote the further training of your team and ensure compliance with EHS, ethics, and compliance guidelines
Your profile
- Completed university degree (Fachhochschule) or Master/Technician training with relevant further training
- Several years of experience in at least two areas of the solution business and plant engineering (e.g., water & foam extinguishing systems, gas extinguishing systems, kitchen extinguishing systems, extinguishing controls, fire alarm control panels)
- Strong market and customer understanding as well as sound business knowledge
- Confident handling of relevant tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Winsprink, CATS, FPA 4, ES-Office, Salesforce, MS Office)
- Very good knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (VDE, DIN, VOB, VOL, VDS, EN)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, strategic thinking, assertiveness
- Good written and spoken English skills
