Your tasks

Production Management

• Managing production delivery, quantity and quality standards.
• Managing production capacity to serve demand at optimum level.
• Manage labor overtime required and overhead expenses effectively to achieve cost efficiency.
• Ensure team to follow production process SOP consistently.
• Resource allocation intra departmental to provide production flexibility during cyclical demand.
• Proactively discuss with direct superior on problem solving of operation and technical issue.

Process, Machine and Equipment

• Minimize production breakdowns through proper machine/equipment preventive maintenance program.
• Continually improve production process towards better quality, consistent output, and more efficient overhead.
• Keep up with manufacturing technique development.

Organization Development & Leadership

• Support and participate in management initiatives to implement MVV and activities towards overall organization advancement.
• Manage organization development through cross training, job rotation, and leadership development.
• Provide directions to improve teamwork and cohesiveness between subordinates.
• Maintain and improve subordinate discipline.

Others

• Ensure chemicals, production waste, general waste are managed and comply with environmental policy and SOP.
• Ensure team to comply with company regulation, RJC, ISO 14001, H&S and other regulation or management systems.
