QA & QC Leader/Staff

1. Plan, control, and manage product quality (QC & QA) for a sportswear sewing factory to ensure compliance with specified standards.
2. Define quality inspection standards for every production stage (Incoming, In-line, Final Inspection).
3. Analyze product quality issues and implement Corrective & Preventive Action.
4. Control and monitor quality KPIs such as Defect rate, Customer complaint, On-time delivery.
5. Coordinate with the Production department, Merchandiser, and customers in case of quality issues.
6. Inspect and approve Sample Approval before actual production.
7. Manage the QC team efficiently and develop the team's skills and knowledge.
8. Prepare quality reports and present them to management.
9. Ensure the quality system complies with standards such as ISO and customers (e.g., Fanatics or other sportswear brands).
10. Support Audits from customers and external agencies.

Qualifications: Male/Female, aged 30 years or above. Bachelor's degree or higher in Textiles, Industry, or related fields. Have experience in QC/QA in a garment factory, especially Sportswear / Activewear, for at least 5-7 years. Have experience at a supervisory or manager level for at least 5 years. Able to analyze problems and make good decisions. Have team management and good communication skills. Able to communicate in English (working level).
