As a Service Technician, you will often be on the road to customers to maintain installations, analyze malfunctions, and perform repairs. In addition to assignments in Belgium, there are also short international trips. What does the job entail?

• Solve technical challenges: perform interventions for electrical and mechanical maintenance and step in where necessary regarding automation
• Get installations running again quickly: analyze malfunctions, perform repairs, and ensure a correct and efficient solution for customers
• Think along with the customer: determine what can be improved, provide technical advice, and formulate concrete recommendations to prevent problems in the future
• Help build the technology of tomorrow: work on the improvement of existing products and the development of new technologies
• Become a technical partner: support the commercial department with your expertise, report interventions clearly, and participate in the on-call service of the Service department
• Technical basis: a diploma A2 Electromechanica or equivalent through experience, with good knowledge of mechanics and electricity, supplemented with knowledge of automation, such as Siemens S7 or Schneider
• Independent and solution-oriented: analyze technical problems, perform interventions independently, and assist customers professionally
• Flexible and internationally oriented: possess a driving license B, can manage in French and English, and is open to short international assignments
