Les Galeries is a brand new restaurant located on the fourth floor of Galeries 27 in Payerne. For the September opening, we are looking for an experienced sommelier or a beginner with the desire to share their passion for wine, gastronomy, quality products, and their joy of living.

Your Mission

Co-management of the wine list, stocks, and the selection of new references.

Take charge of welcoming and serving customers.

Follow up with and advise customers on their choices.

Ensure the follow-up and control of station maintenance autonomously.

Respect standards and quality of service for wine and other beverages in the restaurant.

Promote the establishment's products and service offerings.

Welcoming and smiling, you ensure the well-being of the clientele and remain attentive to their needs.

Demonstrate real sales talent and participate actively and as part of a team in the smooth running of service.
