Your tasks ##

• Technical and personnel management of quality management in the Quality Hand Tools (QHT) area
• Continuous application and development of quality methods, including risk analyses at the product and process levels
• Planning and implementation of the internal and external audit program as well as supplier audits
• Management, maintenance, and targeted development of the ISO management system
• Development of the quality management system as a strategic management instrument
• Sustainable identification and processing of quality issues and complaints, including root cause analysis and effectiveness verification
• Elaboration of control strategies and concepts for existing and new products
• Quality support for development projects, including testing on prototypes and zero series
• Competent contact person and exchange partner for metallurgy employees on quality-related issues
• Promotion and sustainable anchoring of a strong quality awareness within the company

Your profile ##

• Mandatory basic technical-mechanical training with advanced training at the level of a university of applied sciences
• Continuing education in quality management or equivalent qualification
• In-depth knowledge in materials science, particularly in the field of steel and steel processing
• Several years of experience in quality management and quality assurance of consumer goods
• Very good knowledge of current quality standards and methods
• Pronounced analytical skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Passion for premium products and high-quality "100% Swiss Made" hand tools
• Strong customer orientation, flexibility, and pronounced team spirit
• Attention to detail and a sharp eye for optimization and improvement potential
• Very good written and oral skills in German and English
