Job Description ##
Position:
An excellent opportunity for a junior fiduciary professional to join a growing and highly respected fiduciary team. Working closely with senior trust managers, the successful candidate will support the administration of a varied portfolio of trust and corporate structures while maintaining high standards of accuracy, service, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Support the administration of trust and corporate structures.
- Assist in relations with clients, intermediaries, and third parties.
- Maintain statutory records and client documentation.
- Prepare payments, resolutions, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
- Assist in the opening and closing of bank and custody accounts.
- Maintain and update internal client databases.
- Support transfers, closures, and project-related work.
- Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements.

Profile Sought ##
Profile:
- Approximately 2 to 3 years of experience in trust and corporate administration.
- Currently studying or partially qualified in a relevant professional qualification (e.g., STEP).
- Good understanding of fiduciary administration and fiduciary services.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory and tax frameworks.
- Good understanding of accounts, investments, and financial statements.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent/bilingual English; French is a plus but not mandatory.
- Able to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a team.
- Autonomous, proactive, and client-oriented.
- Available to work full-time (with some remote work).
- Already in possession of a valid Swiss work permit (cross-border commuters accepted).
