Senior/ Accounts Executive (Finance Systems & Reporting)

What you'll be doing Support daily accounting operations, including invoice processing, payment preparation, staff claims and petty cash administration

Verify invoices, process payment batches and maintain accurate financial records

Support the implementation, testing and rollout of the accounting system

Provide user support, prepare system documentation and coordinate training to facilitate successful system adoption

Liaise with software vendors, IT teams and internal users to troubleshoot system issues and support continuous system improvements

Assist in finance system enhancement initiatives, including banking integrations, implementation and other digitalisation projects

Prepare and customise financial reports to support management reporting, group reporting and statutory requirements

Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, audit activities, GST matters and tax submissions

Maintain proper accounting documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements

Support other finance, reporting and administrative duties as assigned

What we're looking for Diploma in Accountancy/ Finance

4 - 8 years of working experience supporting ERP implementation, finance system migration or accounting system rollout will be highly advantageous

Experience using Oracle NetSuite is required

Good knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, GST and month-end closing processes

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications

Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments

Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
