Informatics Executive, IT & Digital Operations (Healthcare)
What you'll be doing Support the planning, testing and implementation of IT, automation and digital projects supporting healthcare and pharmacy operations
Coordinate with internal teams, IT stakeholders, technology partners and vendors to ensure systems and projects are delivered smoothly
Maintain the accuracy and integrity of healthcare data, system records and operational databases
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, and support the development of dashboards and data visualisations for operational and management use
Conduct system testing, UAT and workflow validation to ensure technology solutions align with actual business processes
Provide first-line support for system issues, troubleshoot user problems and coordinate with relevant IT teams or vendors for resolution
Identify recurring system or workflow issues and support process improvement and automation initiatives
Develop user guides, learning materials and conduct training to support effective adoption of healthcare systems
Support the management of IT-related assets, applications and system documentation
Work closely with healthcare and operational teams to maximise the use of existing systems and improve patient-centred workflows
Support other digital, technology and operational initiatives as required
What we're looking for Bachelor Degree in Information Technology/ Health Informatics or related studies
Relevant experience in healthcare IT, application support, business systems, digital projects, data or operations
Experience with project coordination, UAT, system implementation or process improvement
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with reporting, dashboards, Power BI, automation or data tools is advantageous
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with an ability to understand both technology and business workflows
Comfortable working with healthcare users, IT teams, vendors and multiple stakeholders
Good communication and training skills, with a service-oriented mindset
