Human Resource Associate (3 months - 1 Year, No experience OK!)

Location:  West Key Responsibilities: Provide support to the Manager and Team Lead in the review, development and implementation of policies, plans, processes and programmes.

Work with Institution HR Business Partners and staff in providing value-adding HR services and support.

Administer and execute HR functions and processes in relation to On/Offboarding.

Support and improve on-site experience for new hires and leavers through On/Offboarding stages.

Ensure the services are delivered in line with company’ policies and comply to all relevant Legislation requirement.

Deliver the HR activities that meet the service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) within HR Group Shared Services.

Ensure HR systems are maintained accurately based on agreed procedures and team standards.

Requirements: Minimum possess Diploma in Human Resource / Business / similar qualifications

Strong organisational, coordination, and communication skills

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
