HR Senior Executive – Recruitment, Performance & HR Operations (1-Year Contract)

What you'll be doing Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, including job postings, interview arrangements, offers and pre-employment requirements

Partner hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely recruitment activities

Support performance management and promotion exercises, including timelines, submissions, reporting and HRIS updates

Prepare HR data, trackers and reports for performance reviews and management discussions

Handle staff enquiries relating to HR policies, benefits, claims and wellness programmes

Support the administration and review of employee benefits and wellness initiatives

Maintain accurate HR records, documentation and HRIS data in line with organisational requirements

Support day-to-day HR operations, employee services and process administration

Coordinate HR projects, initiatives, meetings and implementation activities across departments

Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve the employee experience

Perform other HR-related duties and projects as required

What we're looking for Bachelor Degree in Human Resources/ Business Administration or related studies

2 - 4 years of HR working experience, preferably covering recruitment and HR operations

Hands-on experience in recruitment coordination, onboarding, performance management and employee services

Familiar with HRIS, Microsoft Office and HR reporting/ trackers

Strong coordination and follow-up skills with good attention to detail

Confident in communicating with employees, hiring managers and stakeholders

Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple HR activities in a fast-paced environment

Healthcare or public-sector HR experience will be advantageous
