HR Admin Officer (Process & Automation) - 6 months contract

What you'll be doing Support the enhancement of Power Automate workflows for specialist hiring and onboarding processes

Assist with HR process reviews and identify repetitive tasks that can be streamlined or automated

Consolidate, clean and maintain HR data from existing systems in structured Excel master files

Develop practical Excel/VBA tools to reduce manual work and improve day-to-day efficiency

Support the setup and improvement of process flows for specialist recruitment and onboarding

Perform data checks and validation to ensure HR information is accurate and properly maintained

Work with HR team members to understand operational requirements and translate them into practical tools

Assist with testing and refining automated workflows and process improvements

Maintain proper documentation and trackers for HR processes and automation initiatives

Provide general administrative and operational support to the HR team as required

What we're looking for Diploma in HR, Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Analytics or a related discipline

Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with VBA or Power Automate is an advantage

Meticulous with good attention to detail and comfortable working with data

Practical problem-solver who enjoys finding simpler ways of doing things

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with different stakeholders
