Content & Multimedia Specialist, Healthcare Communications (2 Years Contract)

What you'll be doing Develop engaging visual and multimedia content to support organisational branding, profiling, stakeholder engagement and internal communications

Manage end-to-end content production, including concept development, scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing and post-production

Create and adapt content for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and internal communication channels

Work with internal stakeholders to translate organisational initiatives and key messages into clear, engaging and audience-friendly content

Support video and multimedia productions, including filming, photography and post-production activities

Monitor social media trends and audience insights to develop timely and relevant content for different audiences

Ensure content is aligned with organisational branding, messaging and communication objectives

Explore and leverage AI-powered tools to support content ideation, production workflows and editing efficiency

Keep up to date with emerging digital, social media and multimedia trends to enhance content development

Support other content, multimedia and communications projects as required 

What we're looking for Bachelor Degree in Communications/ Mass Communications/ Digital Media/ Multimedia/ Design/ Marketing or related studies

2 - 5 years of working experience in content creation, multimedia production, digital communications, social media or corporate communications

Hands-on experience in video production, including filming, editing and post-production

Proficient in relevant content creation and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or equivalent software

Strong visual storytelling and content development skills

Comfortable creating and adapting content for different digital and social media platforms

Familiarity with AI-powered content creation and productivity tools will be an advantage

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders

Creative, proactive and adaptable, with a strong eye for detail and current digital trends
