Project Manager - #1702

Role Overview    Overall project governance, stakeholder management and delivery oversight for website maintenance and system enhancement services.  

Key Responsibilities    Serve as MPA’s primary point of contact for all website maintenance and enhancement matters. 

Lead requirements elicitation and analysis activities, then translate them into clear functional specifications and implementation plans. 

Plan and manage schedules, resources, risks, dependencies, deliverables, maintenance activities and enhancements throughout the project lifecycle. 

Ensure that web services meet the defined availability, performance, security and quality standards.  

Manage testing activities, including SIT and UAT, and obtain necessary approvals prior to deployment.  

Coordinate with the necessary stakeholders to ensure smooth operational support and address issues as well as queries.  

Work with the Full Stack Engineer to handle security related queries and incidents, and ensure compliance with the required policies.   

Maintain proper project documentation, change management records, progress reports, issue logs and handover documentation.  

Relevant Platform Experience    Experience managing website maintenance and enhancement projects within the Government environment, including requirements gathering, project planning, release coordination, issue management and stakeholder/vendor coordination.   

Familiarity with usage of Content Management Systems (CMS), website content governance, release management and enhancement planning.   

Experience managing websites on Directus or Optical will be an added advantage.
