Your tasks
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to be embedded within our Programme Management Office (PMO), taking end-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle while ensuring alignment with broader programme goals and governance frameworks. In this role, you will work to translate user needs and organisational objectives into clear product requirements and actionable delivery plans, while supporting the PMO in managing risks, budgets, vendor relationships, dependencies, and milestone tracking across the programme.
- Drive end-to-end product delivery from product discovery and requirements gathering through development, testing, launch, and continuous improvement to achieve business objectives and deliver customer value.
- Engage stakeholders and users to understand business needs, identify pain points, gather requirements, and translate them into clear problem statements and actionable productrequirements.
- Develop product strategies and roadmaps by identifying opportunities, prioritising initiatives, managing backlogs, and aligning delivery plans with business priorities.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Compliance, vendors, and other stakeholders to deliver products and programmes.
- Manage Agile product development by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coordinating development activities, managing dependencies, and ensuring timely delivery of product milestones.
- Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and product releases, ensuring solutions meet business requirements, quality standards, security expectations, and regulatory obligations.
- Drive product adoption and growth through customer-centric improvements, onboarding optimisation, and
initiatives that improve user experience, acquisition, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor product performance and programme outcomes using relevant KPIs, reporting, and stakeholder feedback to identify improvement opportunities and support data-informed decisions.
- Manage programme operations and governance, including risks, budgets, vendors, dependencies, documentation, and stakeholder communications across multiple initiatives.
- Improve operational processes and workflows by standardising documentation, streamlining manual activities, and implementing scalable solutions that improve productivity and consistency.
- Support change management and user enablement through training programmes, process documentation, and stakeholder engagement to facilitate implementation and adoption.
- Support other PMO priorities and assignments as reasonably required by the reporting officer, including emerging initiatives and cross-functional activities, in alignment with evolving programme priorities and organisational needs.
