Your tasks

Role Purpose Provide senior-level support for identity, access control, and collaboration governance across Microsoft 365 platforms.

• Support identity lifecycle management including user provisioning, modification, and de-provisioning
• Administer Entra ID security groups, role-based access control, and conditional access policies
• Support enforcement of identity and collaboration-related security policies across Microsoft 365
• Support governance and access controls for Microsoft 365 collaboration services, including SharePoint Online and Teams
• Assist in investigation and resolution of authentication and access-related incidents
• Support audits, reviews, and compliance checks for Microsoft 365 identity and collaboration services
• Maintain identity and access management procedures and documentation

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• Senior experience in identity and access management within Microsoft 365
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorisation, and access control concepts
• Proven troubleshooting and documentation skills
