Full Stack Engineer - #1703

Role Overview    Perform website maintenance, enhancement and production support activities. 

Key Responsibilities    Monitor website performance, perform defect fixing, respond to queries, perform preventive maintenance and optimisation activities within the agreed service levels. 

Implement system enhancements, including page templates, component updates and feature improvements.  

Work with the platform team to support CMS upgrades, patches and compatibility checks on GovTech’s Optical CMS.  

Ensure compliance with Government ICT security, Digital Service Standards (DSS), IM8 requirements, data protection and audit requirements.  

Perform assessment and work with the relevant stakeholders to respond to queries related to the feasibility of implementing UI/ UX changes on Optical as per our proposed designs.  

Collaborate with the Project Manager to respond to security issues and perform analysis, remediation, testing and closure of vulnerabilities within required timelines. Support SIT, UAT and post-deployment verification activities. 

Maintain accurate records of work performed and support reporting requirements.  

Relevant Platform Experience    Hands-on experience with GovTech’s Optical CMS or equivalent (Directus or Government CMS maintenance) is mandatory , including providing technical operations and maintenance support for websites, troubleshooting, incident resolution, system monitoring, deployments/releases, and implementation of website enhancements, is necessary.  

Proficiency in frontend and backend development.  

Experience in using CI/ CD tools such as SHIP-HATS will be advantageous.  

Experience supporting websites within the Government environment will be an added advantage.
