Job Purpose Own the marketing roadmap for London—planning, launching, and optimizing digital and CRM-led campaigns across channels and budgets to deliver qualified-lead and revenue targets while improving CAC, ROAS, and conversion performance.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in campaign management and multi-channel digital marketing Strong proficiency in marketing analytics (GA4, dashboards, attribution) Hands-on experience with CRM/marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) Demonstrated ability in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization Ability to improve CAC, ROAS, and lead-to-revenue conversion metrics Strategic planning and data-driven decision making Experience managing marketing budgets and external vendor performance Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Project management and prioritization skills
