We are seeking an exceptional Appointment Setter & Lead Conversion Specialist to join our growing team.

Drive lead conversion by setting appointments, qualifying prospects, and coordinating follow-up to maximize booked meetings and improve conversion rates.

Job Duties and Responsibilities Book qualified appointments daily Increase lead-to-appointment conversion rate Improve show-up and reschedule rates Maintain accurate CRM lead tracking Achieve weekly outreach and conversion targets

Required Qualifications Proven experience as appointment setter or lead conversion specialist Ability to qualify leads using defined criteria Strong communication and objection-handling experience Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Comfort working toward daily and weekly KPIs CRM management (Salesforce/HubSpot) Dialer and call tracking tools Lead lists and segmentation Email/sequence outreach tools Basic reporting on conversion metrics Persuasive communication Active listening and rapport building Consistent follow-up discipline Resilience and objection handling Time management and KPI focus
