Junior Associate — Corporate & Commercial

About the company

JP Legal is a corporate legal consultancy firm with offices across the GCC, Lebanon, London and Paris. We are hiring a Junior Associate to join our Saudi practice.

Your tasks

You will support senior lawyers on corporate, commercial and regulatory matters for clients operating in the Kingdom, with early responsibility for drafting and direct client contact.

Draft and review contracts, corporate documents and legal opinions in Arabic and English

Conduct legal research on Saudi laws and regulations and prepare clear, practical advice

Support company formation, licensing and regulatory filings (MISA, MoC, CMA and other authorities)

Assist on transactions, including due diligence and closing documentation

Manage matter files, deadlines and client correspondence under supervision

Requirements

Bachelor of Laws from a recognised university 0–2 years' post-qualification experience in a law firm or legal consultancy

Sound understanding of Saudi corporate and commercial law Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage several matters at once
