Customer Service / Online Presenter (Korean & English) – Malta (Customer Service Representative)

For an international technology and entertainment client in Malta, we are looking for Korean-speaking candidates for a customer-oriented online role in a professional studio environment. No previous experience is required – comprehensive training will be provided.

We are recruiting Korean-speaking Online Presenters / Customer Service Representatives for a global technology company based in Malta.

In this role, you will work from a professional studio environment, engaging with online users and delivering a high-quality, interactive digital experience. No previous experience is required — full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Host and present interactive online sessions from a live studio
• Engage with users in a professional, friendly, and customer-focused manner
• Maintain high presentation and service standards at all times
• Participate in internal initiatives and promotional activities
• Follow company procedures and quality standards
• Report any operational or technical issues to supervisors
• Maintain a clean and professional working environment

Requirements

• No previous experience required – full training provided
• Fluent Korean
• Conversational English (B1 or above)
• Willingness to work a 24/7 rotating shift pattern (including weekends and public holidays)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a multicultural, international environment
