German speaking customer service in sunny Greece

Communicate with German customers via phone, chat and e-mail

Troubleshooting

Follow up on cases and ensure that they are closed effectively and according to schedule

Deliver high customer satisfaction and represent a multinational brand

Work according to set goals

Document cases in internal systems

Your profile:

Fluent in German and have good communication skills in English

A problem solver, service and result oriented

Good computer skills

Experience within service is a big plus

An EU passport is required
