Digital Trade Officer

Responsibilities:

‎Manage and monitor digital trading transactions across various platforms. ‎Assist customers with digital trade enquiries, account issues, or transaction-related requests. ‎Process trade orders, verify transaction details, and ensure accuracy in digital records. ‎Collaborate with internal teams to resolve transaction issues and escalate technical problems when necessary. ‎Maintain proper documentation of all digital trade activities. ‎Prepare periodic reports on digital transactions and operational updates. ‎Promote adherence to the organization’s financial and compliance policies. ‎Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. ‎Assist in onboarding customers for digital services and platforms.

‎Requirements:

‎Minimum of OND in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. ‎Strong computer literacy and ability to use digital platforms. ‎Excellent communication skills; must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently. ‎Good customer service and interpersonal skills. ‎Strong attention to detail and accuracy. ‎Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. ‎Basic understanding of digital financial transactions (an added advantage).

Location: Festac Town, Lagos.

‎Compensation: NGN 150,000
