About us

For our client, a leading European software provider in the field of Enterprise Service Management, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) Intelligent Service Management & AI to strengthen the Product Management team.

Tasks

• Responsibility for the vision, strategy, and further development of intelligence and analytics functions within a modern service management platform
• Development and implementation of a future-oriented product roadmap with a focus on AI-supported innovations
• Definition of product KPIs as well as development of compelling business value and ROI concepts for enterprise customers
• Validation of new product ideas through prototyping, experiments, and continuous customer feedback
• Conception and further development of intuitive self-service analytics solutions, dashboards, and portals
• Close collaboration with Engineering, Data, UX, Product Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams
• Direct exchange with enterprise customers and partners to derive strategic product decisions
• Responsibility for the entire product lifecycle from discovery through implementation to successful market launch and adoption

Profile

• Completed studies in the field of Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in Product Management of enterprise software, ideally in the environment of ITSM, ESM, or Service Management
• Mandatory: Proven experience in the successful introduction, scaling, and further development of AI-based products in a corporate environment
• Sound experience in building AI products throughout the entire product lifecycle, from conception through Go-to-Market to measurable value creation
• Strong analytical skills as well as experience with analytics, Business Intelligence, or data-driven products
• Experience in the Enterprise-SaaS environment and in collaborating with corporate customers
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at management and C-level

• Independent, strategic, and result-oriented way of working
• Business fluent English skills; German skills are an advantage
