Your tasks

• Requirements elicitation, Requirements sequencing & phase planning
• User story writing with acceptance criteria

• Process documentation
• Stakeholder interviews

• As-is / to-be process mapping
• Test case writing; UAT support; Data analysis for requirements validation

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Computer Science or related studies
• 3 - 5 years as a business analyst in product engineering and development, including at least two years on agile delivery.

• Experience bringing multiple agencies or divisions onto a shared process is a strong advantage. Candidates whose experience is mainly reviewing vendor work, project management, or platform configuration (for example CRM or ERP) will not be suitable.

The top three skills are

• Running workshops with users and personally writing user stories, acceptance criteria and functional design, working to a client Product Owner
• Writing and executing test cases from system test through SIT and UAT, including testing with migrated data

• SQL for data investigation and validation
