- Gather and define tenant requirements
- Design Microsoft 365 tenant architecture and configuration
- Perform tenant setup and configuration activities
- Execute testing and validation
- Plan and perform migration activities if required
- Support deployment and implementation throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Engineer or Technical Consultant
- Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 tenant design and configuration, administration work
- Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 implementation and migration projects
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts and technologies, cybersecurity and security controls
- Ability to work directly with stakeholders
