Responsibilities

  • Lead the integrated management of enterprise AI portfolio connecting strategy, investment, delivery, adoption and value realisation.
  • Drive portfolio prioritisation, sequencing and governance, balancing strategic impact, execution readiness, risk, dependencies and resource constraints.
  • Establish a clear, decision-ready view of portfolio health and identify systemic issues, trade-offs and interventions required to protect outcomes.
  • Orchestrate senior cross-functional interventions across business, product, technology, data, finance, legal and risk teams, acting as the escalation point for material portfolio issues.
  • Strengthen portfolio disciplines, decision rights, management information and operating cadence.
  • Translate complex portfolio performance, value realisation, technology developments and strategic risks into concise, compelling narratives for Executive/ Senior leadership forums.
  • Develop high-impact executive read-outs, strategic reviews, investment cases and decision papers that clearly frame progress, implications, trade-offs and recommended actions.
  • Synthesize multiple value pools and workstreams into a coherent enterprise story, ensuring leadership has the right level of insight.
  • Use structured problem solving and fact-based analysis to challenge assumptions, sharpen recommendations and accelerate executive alignment and decision-making.
  • Shape the broader narrative of AI transformation for selected internal and external engagements.
  • Identify selected AI and Agentic AI assets with potential for broader productisation or external commercialisation.
  • Shape commercialisation pathways and business cases, including market opportunity, customer need, value proposition, packaging, go-to-market options and commercial model considerations.
  • Partner with stakeholders to assess opportunity attractiveness and commercialisation readiness.
  • Develop and nurture a qualified pipeline of opportunities, moving promising concepts from initial exploration toward structured validation and accountable ownership.
  • Engage strategic customers and ecosystem partners, including hyperscalers, startups and industry participants, where partnerships can accelerate capability development, adoption or market reach.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, enterprise transformation, portfolio management, digital or technology strategy, or comparable leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional portfolios and influencing senior executives in a matrixed organisation.
  • Strong track record of structuring ambiguous problems, developing actionable recommendations and driving outcomes without direct line authority.
  • Experience developing executive-level narratives, presentations and decision materials for C-suite or senior leadership audiences.
  • Experience in commercialisation, business-case development, productisation, partnerships or go-to-market strategy.
  • Demonstrate consulting-calibre structured problem-solving, strong synthesis skills, and sound strategic judgement.
  • Working understanding of AI, data and technology transformation, with the ability to translate technical complexity into business implications.
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to connect AI investments to business value, customer outcomes and growth opportunities.
