Accountabilities Own the product management function across a portfolio of SaaS products serving customers across the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, and the United Kingdom.

Lead Product Managers, Product Owners, and Product Designers across individual product lines, establishing clear direction, expectations, and standards for product excellence.

Define and execute a portfolio-level product strategy in partnership with executive leadership, balancing organic growth opportunities with broader strategic and investment initiatives.

Build organizational maturity by establishing scalable product management processes, methodologies, tooling, operating practices, and governance.

Develop a structured approach to customer and market listening, incorporating customer signals, data, research, and operational metrics into product decisions.

Establish portfolio-level performance measures that provide visibility into product health, identify emerging issues, and highlight opportunities for improvement.

Partner closely with Engineering leadership to align product strategy, roadmaps, technical execution, and delivery priorities.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure product launches and releases translate into successful go-to-market execution and measurable customer value.

Strengthen leadership capabilities across the product organization through coaching, mentoring, talent development, and succession planning.

Lead organizational change associated with new processes, tools, and operating models, ensuring teams understand the rationale and are effectively supported through transitions.

Make and communicate prioritization and investment decisions using data, market intelligence, customer feedback, and cross-functional perspectives.

Promote transparency around trade-offs, risks, performance, and portfolio priorities while maintaining alignment across executive and functional leadership.

Requirements

10+ years of professional experience in product management, including significant experience building and leading product management organizations at scale.

Demonstrated experience leading Product Management, Product Ownership, and Product Design functions within SaaS environments.

Experience managing a multi-product, multi-region SaaS portfolio, ideally with exposure to markets such as the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, and/or Australia.

Proven ability to establish and scale product management processes, methodologies, tooling, operating models, and organizational infrastructure.

Strong portfolio-level strategic thinking, with the ability to translate an overarching business vision into coherent product strategies and investment priorities.

Demonstrated ability to use customer insights, market signals, product data, and operational metrics to inform decisions and measure performance.

Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and communicate complex trade-offs clearly.

Proven experience developing product leaders and building high-performing, collaborative teams across multiple functions and geographies.

Strong change-management capabilities and experience guiding organizations through evolving processes, tools, structures, and operating models.

Ability to partner effectively with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and executive leadership to connect product strategy with execution and commercial outcomes.

MBA preferred.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
