Vice President, Growth Marketing
Accountabilities: Set the global growth marketing strategy and establish accountability for measurable pipeline, bookings, expansion, and revenue outcomes.
Lead a large, globally distributed organization spanning account-based marketing, insights, analytics, performance marketing, and marketing technology through experienced functional leaders.
Establish enterprise priorities, allocate resources toward the highest-value growth opportunities, and maintain a clear operating model with defined goals, decision rights, accountability, and performance measures.
Advise executive leadership on market opportunities, buyer behavior, growth investments, go-to-market priorities, and overall marketing performance.
Develop, empower, and hold senior functional leaders accountable while fostering a collaborative organization with shared commercial objectives.
Position Growth Marketing as a core component of the revenue engine by developing repeatable go-to-market plays that support pipeline generation, deal acceleration, expansion, and bookings.
Provide strategic direction to account-based marketing, including priority accounts, buyers, personas, segmentation, and coordinated go-to-market motions.
Partner with Sales, Product, Solutions, Customer Marketing, and Revenue Operations to define ideal customer profiles and activate priority growth initiatives.
Ensure account-based strategies are informed by account potential, buyer needs, relationship intelligence, engagement signals, and commercial priorities.
Establish an integrated view of growth drivers across Marketing and Sales, using performance, buyer, and account insights to identify opportunities, diagnose gaps, and optimize investment.
Build trusted executive relationships through shared planning, transparent performance discussions, and cross-functional accountability.
Sponsor high-priority initiatives involving Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and other stakeholders to remove barriers and capture growth opportunities.
Lead strategic projects requiring executive alignment, coordinated decision-making, and enterprise-wide action.
Represent Growth Marketing at the executive level by presenting clear recommendations, investment priorities, performance insights, and strategic trade-offs.
Establish the vision for an AI-forward Growth Marketing organization and champion responsible AI adoption across teams, leaders, and operating practices.
Partner with AI-focused teams and functional leaders to build AI into go-to-market workflows, enablement programs, and scalable marketing solutions.
Provide strategic direction for the use of AI agents within the marketing operating model, ensuring appropriate human oversight, governance, accountability, and measurable business value.
Guide the application of AI to buyer and account intelligence, segmentation, personalization, campaign activation, performance analysis, and cross-functional coordination.
Define measures for AI adoption and business impact, using results to determine which capabilities should be scaled, refined, or discontinued.
Provide executive oversight of insights, analytics, performance measurement, and marketing technology strategy.
Ensure MarTech, data, and analytics investments support account-based marketing, buyer engagement, measurement, and revenue priorities.
Ensure leadership teams deliver an integrated view of account engagement, pipeline progression, marketing contribution, and revenue impact to inform investment and resource decisions.
Requirements
15+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including substantial senior leadership responsibility.
Demonstrated success leading large, complex, global growth, demand, revenue, or integrated marketing organizations through experienced functional leaders.
Deep understanding of complex enterprise buying processes, buying committees, account development, and long sales cycles.
Proven experience setting go-to-market strategy and leading cross-functional growth initiatives spanning Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
Strong experience providing strategic direction to account-based marketing leaders and developing productive executive partnerships with Sales.
Demonstrated ability to influence enterprise buyers and senior internal stakeholders through strong strategic and commercial judgment.
Experience setting strategic direction for analytics, insights, and performance measurement, with executive oversight of MarTech strategy and investment.
Demonstrated experience applying AI within marketing, including working with AI agents and leading enablement, adoption, or operating-model transformation.
Proven ability to lead, develop, and align large globally distributed organizations through senior functional leaders.
Strong executive presence, relationship-building skills, and ability to establish trust across complex stakeholder groups.
Demonstrated ability to translate strategy, customer insight, and data into organizational priorities and measurable commercial outcomes.
Strong ability to operate strategically while maintaining focus on execution, accountability, and business impact.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to guide executive-level discussions and drive decisions across functions.
