Your tasks

• Develop,configure,andoptimizeElasticsearchsearchcapabilitiesinsupportofcoreTAKproductdevelopmentinitiatives.
• Identifyopportunitiestoimproveexistingworkflowsthroughautomation,advancedsearchfunctionality,andeffectivedatamanagementsolutions.
• Participateinthefullsoftwaredevelopmentlifecycle,includingsoftwarearchitecture,applicationdevelopment,testing,deployment,andmaintenance.
• Design,prototype,andimplementapplicationsusingmodernwebtechnologies,includingJavaScript,HTML,HTML5,andCSS.
• DevelopandmaintainrobustsoftwaresolutionsacrossAndroid,iOS,andWindowsplatforms.
• ApplyestablishedTAKdevelopmentstandardsandmethodologies,incorporatingAgilepracticesandcontinuousintegrationpipelines.
• Collaboratewithdataanalysts,datascientists,andengineerstodesign,troubleshoot,andimproveuserinterfacefunctionality.
• Workdirectlywithcustomerstounderstandimplementationrequirements,enhanceuserexperience,anddeliversolutionsthatprioritizesecurity.
• SupportsystemaccreditationactivitiesbypreparingBodyofEvidence(BOE)documentation,implementinganddocumentingrequiredsecuritycontrols,andcompletingrelatedcompliancetasks.
• QueryandoptimizeSQLandNoSQLdatabases,improvesystemperformance,andcontributetocomplexdatabasedesign.
• Useversioncontrolandcontainerizationtechnologiestosupportcollaborativedevelopment,deploymentconsistency,andefficientsoftwaredelivery.

Requirements

• Abachelor'sdegreeinComputerScience,SoftwareEngineering,orarelatedtechnicaldiscipline.
• Atleast3yearsofexperiencedevelopingapplicationsforAndroid,Windows,andiOSplatforms.
• Expert-levelknowledgeofElasticsearchinstallation,configuration,maintenance,andsearchperformanceoptimization.
• Proficiencyinprogramminglanguagesandtechnologies,includingHTML,CSS,JavaScript,Java,Python,JSON,andRuby.
• Hands-onexperiencewithGitandcontainerizationtechnologiessuchasDockerorKubernetes.
• DemonstratedexpertiseinSQLandNoSQLdatabases,includingdatabasequerying,performanceoptimization,andcomplexdatamodeling.
• Familiaritywithsoftwarearchitecture,Agiledevelopmentmethodologies,continuousintegrationpipelines,andsecuresoftwareengineeringpractices.
• Stronganalyticalandproblem-solvingabilities,withthecapacitytotroubleshoottechnicalissuesanddevelopscalablesolutions.
• Excellentcommunicationandcollaborationskills,includingtheabilitytoworkeffectivelywithmultidisciplinarytechnicalteams,management,andcustomers.
• Asecurity-consciousapproachtosoftwaredevelopment,withtheabilitytosupportsystemaccreditationandcompliancerequirements.
• Preferredqualifications:Amaster'sdegreeinComputerScience,SoftwareEngineering,orarelatedfield;CertifiedInformationSystemsSecurityProfessional(CISSP)certification;experiencewithcyberriskandcomplianceautomationtools;andadvancedknowledgeofTAKdevelopmentstandardsandmethodologies.
• Securityrequirements:AnactiveSecretsecurityclearanceisrequired,alongwiththeabilitytoobtainandmaintainaTopSecret/SensitiveCompartmentedInformation(TS/SCI)clearance.
• Workenvironment:Thisisafullyremoteposition.Therolerequiresregularprofessionalcommunicationandtheabilitytoworkatacomputerforextendedperiods,withoccasionalmovementwithinanofficeenvironmentasneeded.
