SVP of Marketing
Accountabilities: Set and own the overall marketing strategy, aligning brand, client marketing, demand generation, and communications with broader growth objectives.
Lead the full marketing organization across brand, content, digital and web, events, PR and communications, design, research, SEO, and industry partnerships.
Define and strengthen the corporate brand positioning, narrative, and market presence, establishing a trusted and authoritative position within the ETF ecosystem.
Ensure all brand touchpoints, including websites, presentations, collateral, campaigns, and industry presence, communicate a clear and differentiated value proposition.
Oversee marketing services delivered for issuer clients, including ETF websites, launch campaigns, marketing collateral, and ongoing communications.
Develop a scalable and repeatable client marketing model that balances high-quality output with efficient execution and measurable results.
Partner with clients to increase product visibility, attract assets, strengthen market positioning, and support commercial growth.
Build the processes, workflows, quality controls, operating rhythms, and standards required for the marketing team to operate effectively at scale.
Introduce modern marketing tools, measurement practices, and performance management disciplines across the function.
Establish and monitor KPIs covering demand generation, client growth, marketing effectiveness, and return on marketing investment.
Provide executive leadership with regular reporting on marketing performance, pipeline contribution, growth opportunities, and strategic priorities.
Partner closely with business development, product, strategy, and executive leadership to create integrated go-to-market programs and ensure qualified demand is effectively transferred into the commercial pipeline.
Recruit, mentor, develop, and motivate marketing talent while establishing a high standard for quality, clarity, creativity, and business impact.
Bring fresh marketing perspectives and sound commercial judgment to a fast-moving, high-expectation environment.
Requirements:
10–15+ years of experience building and scaling B2B marketing organizations in competitive, high-value markets.
Direct experience in ETFs, asset management, financial services, or another complex and regulated industry is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience leading a full marketing function across multiple disciplines, including brand, content, digital, events, communications, and demand generation.
Proven track record of building marketing processes, organizational structures, operating models, and performance disciplines from the ground up.
Deep B2B marketing expertise with a strong understanding of how marketing contributes to commercial growth and revenue generation.
Experience developing compelling brand positioning and building trust and differentiation in complex or highly regulated markets.
Strong people leadership skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams and elevating individual talent.
Ability to operate comfortably at both strategic and tactical levels, moving from executive-level planning to hands-on execution when required.
Strong commercial, creative, analytical, and strategic thinking, combined with disciplined execution and excellent judgment.
Ability to establish meaningful metrics, evaluate performance, and use data to improve marketing decisions and resource allocation.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the executive presence to influence senior stakeholders and work effectively across business development, product, strategy, and leadership teams.
