Strategic Sales Executive
Accountabilities: Own the full enterprise sales cycle for identity governance and administration solutions across large organizations, typically valued at $5B+.
Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans focused on pipeline generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, senior technology and security leaders, key buyers, influencers, and strategic partners.
Understand each prospect's business model, industry dynamics, IT priorities, security challenges, and strategic objectives to identify opportunities for value creation.
Develop compelling business-value propositions that connect identity security solutions to customer priorities, risk reduction, digital transformation, and business outcomes.
Lead complex sales motions involving proofs of concept, business value assessments, RFPs, technical evaluations, and extended enterprise negotiations.
Apply Challenger-style sales methodologies to proactively challenge customer thinking, uncover business needs, and create differentiated value.
Sell directly to enterprise customers while leveraging channel partners and global systems integrators to expand reach and accelerate opportunities.
Establish and maintain stakeholder maps, account plans, and opportunity plans for priority accounts.
Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline data, forecasts, and opportunity progression throughout the sales cycle.
Collaborate with internal virtual teams and cross-functional stakeholders to develop account strategies, remove sales barriers, and progress opportunities.
Present territory strategies, pipeline growth plans, forecasts, and strategic account approaches to sales leadership.
Build strong engagement and activity levels across priority accounts, tracking indicators such as customer engagement and pitch rates.
Complete structured onboarding and enablement milestones while developing a strong internal network and understanding of business and financial objectives.
Drive opportunities from initial discovery through negotiation and closing while maintaining a clear view of the expected sales path and timing.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions, preferably within cybersecurity, identity and access management, identity governance, or related technology markets.
Proven success navigating complex, lengthy sales cycles involving multinational organizations and senior/C-level stakeholders.
Strong consultative and strategic selling capabilities, with experience translating technical and business challenges into compelling commercial solutions.
Experience managing a focused portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts and developing account, territory, and opportunity plans.
Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments, cybersecurity challenges, and the business implications of identity and access management.
Experience leading or contributing to POCs, business value assessments, RFPs, and other structured enterprise buying processes.
Ability to build trusted relationships with executives, technical leaders, business stakeholders, partners, and other key influencers.
Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, forecasting, and pipeline management skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and virtual teams in a global environment.
A self-directed, commercially driven mindset with strong ownership, resilience, and accountability for results.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, business, sales, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time for business.
Based in Delhi, India, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
