Accountabilities: Lead strategic planning and analysis for inside operations, shaping cohesive client experiences and developing scenarios that inform investment decisions and long-range plans.

Translate strategic priorities into actionable processes, policies, and initiatives in partnership with operational teams.

Develop sequenced, time-bound roadmaps covering people, process, and technology improvements, and own key workstreams through execution.

Partner with Product and Technology teams to design scalable capabilities, automation, and digital self-service solutions that improve operational efficiency and client outcomes.

Build business cases and conduct operational analyses focused on labor efficiency, throughput, revenue protection, and broader business impact.

Define success metrics for modernization initiatives, monitor performance, and conduct post-implementation reviews to identify further opportunities for improvement.

Build strong relationships with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, challenges, and opportunities.

Serve as a bridge between operational excellence, shared services, and field operations, influencing diverse stakeholders without direct authority.

Support change adoption by translating strategy into clear, practical messaging and helping operational teams implement new ways of working.

Manage multiple strategic workstreams with competing priorities and deadlines while maintaining high-quality deliverables and strong executive communication.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience; alternative combinations may include a master's degree with 6+ years of experience, a Ph.D. with 3+ years, or 12+ years of relevant experience.

8+ years of experience in management consulting, business process design, operations leadership, strategic planning, operational transformation, or related disciplines.

Strong understanding of auction execution, including sale-day, post-sale, and client support operations.

Proven experience in client experience or front-office operations, ideally within shared-services or outsourced operating models.

Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution across multi-site operations and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business-case development skills, with a practical bias toward execution.

Experience developing operational metrics, performance insights, and structured improvement roadmaps.

Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups without direct reporting authority.

Strong executive presence, with confidence presenting complex strategies and recommendations to leadership audiences.

Excellent organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and deadlines.

High adaptability and sound judgment, with the ability to adjust plans as business needs, circumstances, or new information evolve.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Ability to work during Eastern Time business hours; candidates based in the Atlanta, GA market are highly preferred, while qualified remote candidates across the United States may be considered.

Willingness and ability to travel approximately 25–40%, typically around one week per month depending on business needs.

Current authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship is required.

Benefits:

Base salary range of $122,600–$204,400 , with actual compensation determined by factors such as location, experience, knowledge, skills, and capabilities.
