Your tasks

• Leadchangemanagementstrategy:Develop,coordinate,andimplementcomprehensivechangemanagementplansalignedwithbusinessobjectives,organizationalpriorities,anddesiredoutcomes.
• Advisebusinessleaders:Serveasatrustedadvisortoassignedbusinessunits,providingstrategicguidance,specializedexpertise,andrecommendationstosupporteffectivetransformation.
• Assessorganizationalimpact:Evaluatehowproposedchangesaffectemployees,processes,technology,financialperformance,andriskexposure,identifyingpotentialchallengesandmitigationmeasures.
• Developstrategicrecommendations:Analyzebusinessproblems,operationaldata,emergingtrends,andstakeholderneedstoidentifyopportunities,informdecisions,andrecommendpracticalsolutions.
• Engagestakeholders:Buildstrongrelationshipswithinternalandexternalstakeholders,facilitatecollaboration,andensurealignmentthroughoutthedesign,development,andimplementationofchangeinitiatives.
• Driveleadershipengagement:Equipleaderswiththestrategies,tools,andresourcesneededtochampionchange,communicateitsvalue,andencourageadoptionacrosstheirteams.
• Designcommunicationplans:Developtargetedcommunicationstrategiesthatdefinekeymessages,audiencesegments,appropriatechannels,communicationfrequency,anddeliveryresponsibilities.
• Manageresistanceandtraining:Identifybarrierstoadoptionandimplementcommunication,training,andengagementinitiativesthathelpemployeesunderstandandadapttonewwaysofworking.
• Monitoradoptionandoutcomes:Trackimplementationprogress,evaluatechangeeffectiveness,resolveemergingissues,andimplementcorrectiveactionstosupportsustainableresults.
• Applystructuredmethodologies:Useestablishedchangemanagementpracticesandprojectexecutionprinciplestoplan,organize,anddeliverinitiativesofvaryingscaleandcomplexity.
• Promotecontinuousimprovement:Identifylessonslearned,recognizesuccesses,andrecommendimprovementstostrengthenfuturetransformationinitiatives.

Requirements

• Professionalexperience:Typicallyfivetosevenyearsofrelevantprofessionalexperience,supportedbyapostsecondarydegreeinarelatedfieldoranequivalentcombinationofeducationandexperience.
• Changemanagementexpertise:Strongknowledgeoforganizationalchangemanagementmethodologies,implementationstrategies,stakeholderengagement,andchangeadoptionpractices.
• Projectandbusinessanalysis:Demonstratedunderstandingofbusinessanalysismethods,projectexecutionpractices,andstandardsacrossthefullprojectlifecycle.
• Strategicthinking:Abilitytotranslatebusinessobjectivesintoactionablechangestrategies,assessorganizationalimpacts,identifyemergingissues,anddeveloppracticalrecommendations.
• Analyticalandproblem-solvingskills:Strongabilitytointerpretcomplexinformation,evaluaterisks,identifyrootcauses,andmakeevidence-baseddecisions.

• Competitive annual salary: CAD $70,000–$150,000, depending on location, experience, education, skills, and qualifications.
