Staff Product Manager, Listening

Accountabilities: Own the integration strategy end-to-end, including pricing, packaging, distribution, launch readiness, and ongoing cross-functional relationship management.

Partner closely with Engineering to sequence integration investments and balance near-term customer and revenue commitments with long-term platform scalability.

Define and execute scalable integration strategies, including generalized APIs and connectors that enable customers to self-integrate and reduce reliance on bespoke development.

Lead the full integration lifecycle from alpha and beta through general availability and post-launch scaling.

Align strategic partners and key customers around integration roadmaps, requirements, timelines, and launch milestones.

Own decisions related to permissioning, security, licensing, managed packages, namespace strategies, and license management.

Develop business cases and prioritization frameworks for new integration opportunities, establishing clear proof points and criteria for continuing or stopping investment.

Serve as a key connector between Go-to-Market, Partnerships, Engineering, Product, and Design teams to ensure integration initiatives are commercially viable and technically scalable.

Participate in architectural discussions and product planning while guiding teams toward effective long-term solutions.

Establish success metrics, measure product outcomes, and continuously identify opportunities to improve collaboration, alignment, and integration capabilities.

Build strong working relationships with distributed engineering teams and establish effective asynchronous communication and decision-making practices.

Communicate product strategy and decisions through written specifications, recorded walkthroughs, decision logs, proactive updates, and other structured communication methods.

Requirements:

10+ years of Product Management experience, particularly in ecosystem, platform, or integration roles within a B2B SaaS environment.

Proven experience leading initiatives within a multi-product portfolio and delivering products from strategy through launch and growth.

Strong technical understanding of integration architecture, including APIs, managed packages, platform events, OAuth, permissions, security, and related platform concepts.

Demonstrated ability to work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Partnerships, and Go-to-Market leaders to deliver cohesive solutions.

Strong commercial judgment and ability to evaluate which integration opportunities are worth pursuing based on customer value, revenue potential, scalability, and strategic fit.

Experience collaborating with distributed engineering teams across multiple time zones.

Strong strategic, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to navigate complex problems and make informed prioritization decisions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong preference for proactive communication, documentation, and transparent decision-making.

Ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders without relying on direct authority.

Candidates must be located in the U.S. Central or Eastern time zones to support extensive collaboration with international teams.

Annual hiring range of $164,800–$206,000 USD, with opportunities for growth within the broader compensation band based on performance and impact.

Geographic salary ranges of $181,300–$271,900 for Zone 1 and $164,800–$247,200 for Zone 2, depending on location, experience, and skills.
