Your tasks

• Defineandcommunicatetheproductvision,strategy,androadmapforIdentity,ensuringalignmentwithbusinessobjectives,userneeds,securityrequirements,andlong-termplatformgoals.
• Leadthedevelopmentandcontinuousimprovementofauthentication,authorization,accountmanagement,accountrecovery,SSO,andMFAcapabilities.
• CollaboratewithEngineering,Design,InformationSecurity,Privacy,Legal,andcross-functionalproductteamstotranslatecomplexrequirementsintoscalable,secure,anduser-friendlysolutions.
• Prioritizeproductinitiativesandmanagethebacklog,balancingsecurityandcomplianceneedswithusability,platformreliability,anddeliverytimelines.
• Establishclearobjectives,keyresults,andperformanceindicators,includingauthenticationsuccessrates,accountrecoverycompletion,andSSO/MFAadoption.
• Useanalytics,customerinsights,hypotheses,andA/Btestingtoevaluateproductperformanceandcontinuouslyoptimizeidentity-relateduserexperiences.
• Coordinatewithinternalproductteamstounderstandtheirneeds,prioritizesharedplatformcapabilities,andpromoteconsistentidentitystandardsacrosstheecosystem.
• Facilitatestakeholderdiscussions,leadproductplanningsessions,andcommunicatetechnicaltrade-offsandstrategicdecisionstotechnicalandnon-technicalaudiences.
• LeverageAItoolstoimproveproductivity,supportdecision-making,andenhancethequalityofproductdiscoveryanddelivery.
• Promoteacultureofcollaboration,accountability,continuouslearning,andwellbeingwhileinfluencingteamsandstakeholdersacrossdifferentregionsandtimezones.

Requirements

• Atleast5yearsofexperienceleadingimpactfulproductdevelopmentinitiatives,withaproventrackrecordofdeliveringmeasurablebusinessanduseroutcomes.
• Experiencewithplatformproducts,foundationalservices,identitymanagement,authentication,authorization,orothertechnicallycomplexproductdomainsishighlyvalued.
• Strongunderstandingoftechnicalarchitectureandtheabilitytodiscusssecurityconsiderations,scalability,systemdependencies,andarchitecturaltrade-offswithengineeringteams.
• Demonstratedabilitytodevelopproductstrategies,manageroadmaps,prioritizebacklogs,definesuccessmetrics,andaligndeliverywithbusinessobjectives.
• Experienceusingdata,experimentation,andperformancemetricstovalidateassumptions,evaluateresults,andguideproductdecisions.
• Excellentcommunicationandstakeholdermanagementskills,withtheabilitytoinfluencewithoutdirectauthorityandbuildtrustacrossmultidisciplinaryteams.
• Stronganalyticalandproblem-solvingabilities,includingthecapacitytobreakdowncomplexchallenges,navigateambiguity,andmakepragmaticdecisions.
• Excellentorganizationalskills,withtheabilitytomanagemultipleinitiativessimultaneously,mitigaterisks,andkeepstakeholdersinformed.
• ProfessionalproficiencyinEnglish,bothwrittenandspoken,tocollaborateeffectivelywithinternationalteams.
