Your tasks

• Dataintegrationandquality:Executedatamapping,datamovement,interfacedevelopment,andvalidationactivitiestomaintaindataqualityandaccuracyacrossPLMandMDMplatforms.
• Applicationengineering:Develop,configure,andtestapplicationcomponentsbasedonprojectrequirements,ensuringalignmentwithestablishedsoftwaredevelopmentapproachesandtechnicalstandards.
• Technicaldesignanddocumentation:Participateinprojectdiscussions,analyzetask-levelrequirements,documentdesigndecisions,andcommunicatetechnicalissuesorexceptionstoseniorteammembers.
• Proof-of-conceptdevelopment:Buildandtestproof-of-conceptsusingestablisheddesignpatterns,contributinghands-ontechnicalimplementationandevaluatingpotentialsolutions.
• Reusableplatformdevelopment:Supportthecreationofservice-orientedsoftwareanddatadeliverycomponentsthatcanbereusedacrossprojectstoimprovescalabilityandconsistency.
• Enterprisesystemsintegration:Collaboratewithbusinessfunctionstoresolvedata-relatedchallengesinvolvingsystemintegration,productstructures,andenterpriseapplicationworkflows.
• Architectureandgovernance:Followenterprisearchitecturestandards,domaingovernancerequirements,andestablisheddevelopmentpracticeswhileidentifyingopportunitiesforimprovement.
• Technologyresearch:Evaluatetools,emergingtechnologies,andtechnicalapproachesrelevanttoapplicationengineering,PLM,andenterprisedatamanagement.
• Vendorassessment:SupportvendorevaluationactivitieswithinthePLMfunctionalareabygatheringtechnicalinformationandcontributingrecommendations.
• Cross-functionalcollaboration:Buildstrongworkingrelationshipswithpeers,projectleads,andbusinessstakeholders,sharingbestpracticesandhelpingimproveteameffectiveness.
• Projectcoordination:Workwithprojectmanagementtocommunicatetaskprogress,identifyrisks,raiseissues,andensureassigneddeliverablesremainalignedwithbroaderprojectobjectives.

Requirements

• Educationandprofessionalexperience:Bachelor'sdegreefromanaccrediteduniversityorcollegewithatleastfouryearsofprofessionalexperience,anassociatedegreewithatleastsevenyearsofexperience,orahighschooldiplomawithatleastnineyearsofexperience.Aminimumofthreeyearsofprofessionalexperienceinapplicationengineeringisrequired.Militaryexperienceisconsideredequivalenttoprofessionalexperience.
• Enterpriseapplicationexpertise:Experienceworkingwithenterpriseplatforms,particularlyApplicationLifecycleManagement(ALM)andProductLifecycleManagement(PLM)systems.
• Datamanagementandintegration:Understandingofdatamapping,datamovement,systeminterfaces,datavalidation,andtechniquesformaintainingdataintegrityacrossenterpriseapplications.
• Softwareengineeringknowledge:Familiaritywithapplicationdevelopment,technicalconfiguration,testingmethodologies,andreusablesoftwarecomponents.
• Moderntechnologyexposure:Experienceorexposuretomicroservices,Service-OrientedArchitecture(SOA),bigdatatechnologiessuchasHadoop,enterprisesearchplatformssuchasElasticsearchorSolr,cloudtechnologies,andDevOpspractices.
• Analyticalandproblem-solvingskills:Abilitytoanalyzetechnicalrequirements,investigateapplicationissues,evaluatepotentialsolutions,anddeveloppracticalrecommendations.
• Technicalcommunication:Strongcommunicationskills,includingtheabilitytodocumentdesigndecisions,explaintechnicalconcepts,reportprojectstatus,andcollaborateeffectivelywithmultidisciplinaryteams.
• Businessawareness:Understandingofhowapplicationengineeringactivitiessupportbusinessobjectives,productrequirements,andoperationalpriorities.
