Sr Technical Consultant

Accountabilities: Apply in-depth conceptual and practical expertise within your technical discipline while maintaining awareness of related areas.

Work independently on complex assignments, using judgment to evaluate information from multiple sources and develop effective solutions.

Lead small projects, project phases, or ongoing activities with manageable risks and resource requirements.

Contribute to projects and operational objectives that impact customers, services, and multiple related teams.

Act as a technical resource and provide informal guidance to colleagues with less experience.

Communicate difficult or sensitive technical information effectively and work collaboratively to build consensus.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to implementing more effective ways of working.

Apply industry best practices and understand how the function interacts with other disciplines and the broader competitive environment.

Requirements:

College or university degree, or equivalent professional experience, with a solid understanding of the theories, practices, and procedures relevant to the discipline.

Demonstrated expertise in a specialized technical area, including knowledge of fundamental principles, concepts, and established practices.

Experience independently solving complex problems and adapting existing solutions to new or challenging situations.

Ability to manage projects or project components with minimal supervision and exercise sound professional judgment.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to explain complex or sensitive information clearly.

Ability to provide guidance and support to junior or less-experienced colleagues.

Excellent English communication skills are required.
