Accountabilities Own the Enterprise segment narrative: Conduct deep research into Enterprise buying committees and develop differentiated messaging that addresses the needs of Finance, Legal, Analysts, Heads of Talent, RevOps, and other stakeholders.

Translate broader positioning for Enterprise audiences: Adapt the overarching company narrative into compelling, credible messaging tailored to Enterprise and upper mid-market buyers.

Maintain the Enterprise messaging framework: Serve as a source of truth for Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing, ensuring consistent positioning across customer interactions and campaigns.

Partner with Enterprise Sales: Work closely with Sales Leadership and Solutions Engineering to identify opportunities, support strategic deals, and develop initiatives that improve sales effectiveness.

Develop sales enablement programs: Create Enterprise-specific training, materials, and resources that help sales teams communicate value, overcome objections, and advance complex opportunities.

Lead Enterprise content development: Own case studies, sales decks, one-pagers, campaigns, TCO and ROI materials, and other collateral designed for sophisticated buyers.

Support account-based marketing: Contribute to 1-to-1 and 1-to-few ABM initiatives through tailored messaging, content, and creative campaigns.

Support analyst and market engagement: Partner with Analyst Relations to prepare compelling briefs and communicate product value to analysts and other influential audiences.

Drive strategic initiatives: Collaborate with Sales Leadership to turn company priorities and strategic ideas into actionable assets, programs, and rollout plans.

Strengthen cross-functional alignment: Connect Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success around Enterprise positioning and ensure teams consistently use current messaging and collateral.

Evolve Enterprise storytelling: Refresh sales narratives and core Enterprise presentations as customer needs, market dynamics, and product positioning develop.

Requirements

Relevant professional experience: Background in Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Competitive Intelligence, Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or a closely related discipline.

Enterprise marketing expertise: Strong understanding of complex B2B Enterprise buying processes involving multiple stakeholders, longer sales cycles, and sophisticated decision criteria.

Strategic and analytical thinking: Ability to synthesize customer research, market trends, product direction, and business priorities into clear positioning and actionable marketing strategies.

Exceptional writing and storytelling: Confident creating compelling copy and adapting narratives for sophisticated, skeptical, and diverse audiences.

Sales partnership: Comfortable working closely with Sales Leadership and Solutions Engineering and getting involved in strategic deals and buyer conversations.

Content ownership: Able to independently develop polished, Enterprise-grade decks, case studies, one-pagers, campaigns, and other sales and marketing assets while collaborating effectively with design teams.

Enablement mindset: Enjoys translating positioning into practical training and resources that help customer-facing teams communicate with greater clarity and confidence.

Cross-functional collaboration: Strong ability to influence and align Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and other stakeholders around common messaging.

Comfort with ambiguity: Thrives when problems are complex or not yet fully defined and can independently determine priorities and move initiatives forward.

Autonomy and ownership: Able to manage projects end-to-end while maintaining high standards for quality, clarity, and execution.

Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to present recommendations clearly to both working teams and senior stakeholders.
