• ProductStrategyandRoadmap:Ownthemulti-quarterproductroadmapforAIagents,fromdiscoveryandprioritizationtodelivery,adoption,andoutcomemeasurement.Makeinformedtrade-offsandalignproductinvestmentswithcustomerneedsandbusinessobjectives.
• BusinessImpactandPerformance:Defineandtrackmeasurableoutcomes,includingautonomousresolutionrates,costperresolution,customersatisfaction,revenueexpansion,andcompetitiveperformance.Usedatatoguideprioritizationanddemonstrateproductvalue.
• CustomerandStakeholderCollaboration:Workcloselywithenterprisecustomers,CustomerSuccess,Sales,Delivery,andtechnicalteamstoidentifyhigh-impactproblemsandtranslatethemintoclearproductrequirements,userstories,successmetrics,anddependencymaps.
• Cross-FunctionalLeadership:Coordinateengineering,AIresearch,datascience,qualityassurance,andgo-to-marketteamstoestablishpriorities,managedependencies,andensurelaunchreadiness.Leadalignmentacrossteamswithoutrelyingondirectreportingauthority.
• PlanningandExecution:Establishandmaintainproductoperatingrhythms,includingquarterlyroadmapplanning,monthlyscopecommitments,weeklyexecutionreviews,andlaunchreadinessassessments.
• ProductLaunchandAdoption:Developlaunchplans,instrumentationrequirements,enablementmaterials,andsuccesscriteria.Monitorfeatureadoptionacrossdeploymentsandcommunicateproductoutcomesthroughregularperformancereporting.
• AIAgentCapabilities:Leadproductdevelopmentacrossagentreasoningandorchestration,multi-steptaskexecution,toolandAPIintegrations,memoryandcontextmanagement,human-in-the-loopworkflows,andenterprisegovernance.
• Hands-OnAIExperimentation:EvaluateemergingmodelsandcapabilitiesfromAIresearchlabsandmodelproviders.Buildprototypes,developagents,connectsystemsthroughAPIsandModelContextProtocol(MCP),andprovideevidence-basedfeedbacktoimproveproductdecisions.
• EvaluationandQualityAssurance:Defineagentreadinessscorecardsandgo/no-gocriteria.Developevaluationmethodsfortaskcompletion,toolreliability,policycompliance,latency,andcost,ensuringregressiontestingcoversmodel,prompt,andtoolchanges.
• ProductionMonitoringandDebugging:Analyzeagenttracesandinvestigatefailuressuchasincorrectactions,missedescalations,tool-callerrors,andmemorygaps.Coordinateroot-causeanalysisandensuresignificantissuesresultincorrectiveactionsandregressiontests.
• ContinuousImprovement:Guidemodelselectionandroutingdecisionsusingreal-worldquality,latency,andcostdata.Conductpost-releasereviewsandincorporateoperationalinsightsintofutureroadmappriorities.

Requirements

• ProfessionalExperience:Approximately4–8yearsofrelevantexperienceintechnicalproductmanagement,appliedAIengineering,researchengineering,orasimilardiscipline,withdemonstratedproductownership.
• ProductManagementExpertise:Provenabilitytoowncomplextechnicalproducts,deliverfeaturestoenterprisecustomers,anddemonstratemeasurablebusinessoutcomes.Strongproductjudgmentandprioritizationskillsareessential.
• AIandLLMKnowledge:Deepunderstandingoflargelanguagemodels,reasoningcapabilities,toolcalling,multi-steptaskexecution,agentorchestrationpatterns,evaluationmethodologies,andproductionobservability.
• Hands-OnTechnicalSkills:ExperiencebuildingAIagentprototypes,integratingAPIsandMCPtools,designingevaluations,anddebuggingproductionfailures.ComfortableexperimentingdirectlywithAItechnologiesratherthanrelyingexclusivelyonspecificationsanddocumentation.
• TechnicalFluency:WorkingknowledgeofAPIs,cloudenvironments,AIdeploymentworkflows,andthetechnicalconsiderationsinvolvedindeliveringreliableenterpriseAIproducts.
