Your tasks

• Ownthesoftwaredevelopmentlifecycle:Leadfeaturesfromtechnicaldesignandimplementationthroughtesting,deployment,monitoring,andongoingproductionsupport.
• Deliverpartnerintegrations:Collaboratewithinternalstakeholdersandexternalpartnerstotranslatebusinessandtechnicalrequirementsintoscalable,reliableintegrations.
• Shapesystemarchitecture:Participateinsystemdesigndiscussions,influencearchitecturaldecisions,andhelpevolveservicestosupportfuturebusinessneeds.
• Maintainengineeringexcellence:Writeclean,high-quality,well-testedcodeandcontributetoconstructivecodereviews,technicaldocumentation,anddevelopmentstandards.
• Improvesystemperformanceandmaintainability:Identifytechnicaldebt,optimizeperformance,andbalanceshort-termdeliveryprioritieswithlong-termreliabilityandscalability.
• Mentorandsupportengineers:Sharetechnicalexpertisethroughpairing,codereviews,mentoring,andknowledge-sharinginitiatives.
• Supportoperationalexcellence:Participateinon-callrotations,troubleshootproductionissues,andhelpmaintainthestabilityandavailabilityofcriticalservices.

Requirements

• Professionalexperience:Atleast4yearsofprofessionalsoftwareengineeringexperiencedevelopingandmaintainingproductionsystems.
• Backenddevelopment:Stronghands-onexperiencebuildingbackendservicesandAPIsusingRubyonRails.
• Distributedsystemsandcloudinfrastructure:Experiencedesigning,developing,orsupportingdistributedapplicationsandcloud-basedenvironments.
• Systemdesignandreliability:Solidunderstandingofdatamodeling,applicationperformance,systemarchitecture,scalability,andservicereliability.
• End-to-endownership:Abilitytoindependentlymanagetechnicalinitiativesanddeliverfeaturesfrominitialdesignthroughproductionsupportwithminimalsupervision.
• Technicalproblem-solving:Apragmatic,product-orientedmindsetandtheabilitytonavigateambiguity,evaluatetrade-offs,anddevelopmaintainablesolutions.
